Type 2 diabetes and obesity linked to kidney disease and abdominal fat is more strongly associated with type 2 diabetes than fat under the skin. According to studies, the results of which were published in the newspaper Nephrology, dialysis and transplantation in October 2010, abdominal fat is also kind of more strongly associated with poor kidney function compared to fat lying beneath the skin.
Nine hundred and twenty-nine people with type 2 diabetes have been included in the study. Computerized tomography was used to pictures of body fat. Glomerular filtration rate, a measure of how much work do the kidneys were compared with the amounts of fat in the abdomen and beneath the skin. It was found that the lowest amounts of kidneys work were linked to higher amounts of fat in the abdomen.Fat under the skin was not associated with the amount of work performed by the kidneys. it was therefore concluded that abdominal fat may be a risk factor for kidney failure overweight or obese people with type 2 diabetes.
Abdominal Fat is not just what is seen around the waistline.Fat in the abdomen, visceral fat, manufactures chemicals that interfere with other cells to respond to insulin as it should. these chemicals also enabled inflammation, by means of responding to the injury …which is good when you cut your finger but not with respect to type 2 diabetes. Bacon does not seem to cause insulin resistance, but abdominal fat cause hormonal changes in the body and cause insulin resistance, the hallmark of type 2 diabetes.
How can promote hormonal changes kidney disease remains to be seen, but to lose belly fat is obviously desirable.
Exercise can make a big dent in abdominal away or visceral fat …the only way we can work a little harder to eat right and burning calories.A regular programme of moderate intensity exercise is a good way to burn belly fat. Muscle strengthening exercises increases the metabolic rate while the muscles use broken-down fat for energy. Walking and weightlifting is good ways muscles working.
Restricting calories from eating foods low-calorie, high-fiber is also useful in reducing belly fat, which is often the first kind of fat to lose when you start losing weight. Fruits and vegetables are usually the kind of foods highest in fiber and low in calories. your lower blood sugar levels and you will be able to lose weight, losing weight and your blood sugar levels will be reduced.
Reduce your abdominal fat, or belly through diet and exercise is the best way to improve resistance to insulin, but certain medicines may be of value, particularly with the pre-diabetes; do not hesitate to discuss with your doctor the benefits of medication at the beginning of your recovery from the high blood sugar levels.
