Half an hour of brisk walking, in conjunction with something to keep your muscles arm from the collection of dust will do the trick for burying any. Couple that with the consumption of foods that have a low Glycaemic index (low GI) and type 2 diabetes soon enough you probably won’t be a problem for you.
